    • Not FOB; risk generally passes on delivery; Net terms apply

  6. Checking Your Order

    • 10-day inspection period; written notice required

  7. Returns and Cancellations of Eligible Domestic Stock

    • Only non-NCNR domestic stock; prior approval; 25% restocking fee; international and NCNR excluded

  8. No Warranty — Option for Wrong Parts

    • Sold “as is”; no warranties

    • Discretionary return/replacement/credit only if the part does not match what was ordered

  9. Limits on Our Liability

    • No consequential/indirect damages; liability capped at amount paid for the item

  10. Services and Call-Out Fees

    • Weekend call-out: $400

    • Holiday call-out: $600

    • Plus normal labor/travel/materials

  11. Your Duty to Protect Us (Indemnification)

  12. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)

  13. Confidential Information and Our Designs (Confidentiality + IP)

  14. Texas Law and Dispute Resolution

    • Texas law

    • Mediation then binding arbitration in Houston
